Tomorrow afternoon, the Hornets welcome the league leaders Macclesfield FC in an exciting clash.

The Silkmen currently sit top of the table with 72 points from 29 matches.

Despite the odd setback, Macclesfield continue to remain strong contenders for promotion and will act as a true challenge for the Hornets.

Hebburn Town FC currently sit in 7th position within the league, with 40 points from 26 matches.

Whilst the Hornets have shown glimpses of high quality this season, form has been somewhat mixed, with their last 3 matches resulting in one loss and two draws.

The last time the two sides met was back in October 2024, where Macclesfield secured a dominant 4-1 victory over the Hornets, with a brace from Danny Elliott, and further goals from Luke Duffy and Paul Dawson. The visitors will be looking for a repeated performance. However, Hebburn will be determined to put up a strong fight on home soil.

Macclesfield will look to dominate possession and use their attacking firepower to break down Hebburn’s defence. However, if the Hornets can frustrate them and keep focused, an upset may be on the cards.
