The quick attacker, formerly of Newcastle United and Sunderland's youth set-ups, spent time with Gateshead U18s, Jarrow Roofing and South Shields Reserves.
Martin enjoyed a prolific season at Whitley Bay, notching 12 goals, before moving to The Hornets in June 2019.
